PLANNING POWER HOUR – £95
Start as you mean to go on. This power hour will kick-off your planning by helping you set a good budget and what you need for your big day. Includes a spreadsheet tool to help you keep track of your spends, guests & suppliers.
PLANNING SUPPORT PACKAGE – £275
Book 4 one-hour sessions up-front to be used whenever you need them. Whether it’s supplier advice, ideas for key elements or support to manage your budget; you can book your session in as things come up.
ON THE DAY SUPPORT FROM £850
TIMELINE
We will work together on your wedding day timelines so I know exactly when you expect what to happen. We will discuss communication and how you want your day to run – then you can relax and enjoy it knowing everything is covered.
SUPPLIERS
I will take over the communication with your suppliers, after an introduction from you, 6 weeks before your day. I will keep you up to date as your day approaches, so you can get excited with no stress.
DAY SET-UP
I will set up your room in line with your vision, coordinating with anyone supplying elements and set it to your seating plan. You will see all your ideas and plans come to life, plus enjoy the excitement from your guests as they share it with you on the day.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
We’ll be there to help trouble shoot on the day, should something not go to plan. We don’t want you to worry or to be on the phone trying to sort things out, when you’ve got so much to enjoy.
CLEAR UP SERVICE FROM £250
If you’ve booked a venue or marquee that does not include a clear up, then we can do this for you. This includes rubbish bagging, wipe down of tables and collection of hired items if being collected the following day.
You won’t have to rely on family or friends to help you and can stay relaxed after your big day has gone off without a hitch!
